Samsung to launch Galaxy J5 (2016) and Galaxy J7 (2016) in India today

Samsung is set to launch two J-series (2016) smartphones: the Galaxy J5 and Galaxy J7 in India today (May 9). The smartphones will be up for grabs on Flipkart starting from May 10.

- Octa-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz

- 2GB RAM

- 16GB inbuilt storage, expandable up to 128GB via microSD (dedicated slot)

- 13-megapixel rear camera with OIS and LED flash

- 5-megapixel selfie camera with LED flash

- 3100 mAh battery

- Runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS (reported)

- Supports dual-SIM card slots, Wi-Fi , Bluetooth v 4.1, GPS and NFC
